Autumn Anniversary at Loveland Pass, Colorado

What’s better than running around a mountain with your lover and your pup? This session was literally a dream, and even though you may not be able to tell, it was FREEZING in Denver this day. Like 30 degrees freezing…especially as you drove higher and higher in altitude.

Loveland Pass is almost 12,000 feet above sea level…like holy crap. Spokane (where I live) sits only 1,843 feet above sea level…so when I say that I got altitude sickness, I’m not kidding. It was the strangest thing and this summer I definitely consumed way too much Taco Bell this summer to keep up the pace with these babes.

One of the reasons I loved this session so much was how natural it was. Since Jordan and Jon are already married, there wasn’t any engagement photo pressure (you know - to have the perfect hair or makeup or outfit for the Save the Date). It was just THEM hanging out with US. WE just talked about Pizza and beer and how much we love dogs and took some freakin’ rad photos along the way.

And hopefully you’ll love them as much as I do!

Enjoy.
