PRINT YOUR PHOTOS

Let’s get those photos OFF the screen and into your hands. There are countless options when it comes to printing, below are my top recommendations of professional and semi-professional labs. I know it feels convenience to print at Walgreens, Costco, etc., but trust me, it’s worth it to wait a few extra days for quality prints. A place like Walgreens has insufficient printing capabilities for fine art photography, so if you do use their services, don’t be surprised when your photos come out looking very different than the images I deliver electronically. The print labs below all have great color calibration and true-tone printing abilities so I highly recommend them all!

Pic-Time

You’ll recognize this name because Pic-Time is the delivery service I use to send your electronic photos. Within this platform, you can order prints, gifts, books, etc. Customization is available, but limited. However, ease of use is a huge perk because all photos are uploaded and ready to be selected. I’ve hand selected the print lab used for each service, so rest assured you will receive the highest quality professional prints.

Artifact Uprising

Artifact Uprising is a direct-to-consumer print lab that is incredibly aesthetic, trendy, and easy to use. They have much more limited options in regard to printing services, but they’ve honed in on their specialities and each offering is amazing. Prints are thick and great quality.

MPIX

Mpix is another direct-to-consumer print lab that partners with some of the professional printing labs I use within Pic-Time. They are a bit cheaper than Artifact Uprising in some areas and have LOTS of options. The platform can be a bit confusing, however. If you’re worried about being overwhelmed, look elsewhere. If you want full control and details behind printing techniques, this is the place for you.

Chatbooks (Books)

Chatbooks is a budget friendly way to order photo books. If you're looking to print monthly memories, quarterly photoshoots, or even a yearly memory book but you don’t have the budget for a professional, super high-quality fine art album, I LOVE Chatbooks. They are very easy to use and all their offerings are great quality for the price spent.

Chatbooks (Cards)

Chatbooks also offers Holiday cards. This is where I personally purchase my family holiday cards each year. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and provides the perfect balance of customization and ease of use. The quality is amazing - I get compliments every year about the back-to-back, thick holiday cards Chatbooks produces. Highly Recommend.
